Maintenance
Website and store maintenance, from people who actually reply
Updates, security, verified backups and development hours included — on Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify or PrestaShop. We take on projects built by someone else.
Signs you need a retainer
- You don't know who would fix your site if it went down right now
- The last update was more than six months ago
- You have a backup, but nobody has ever tested it
- Your current supplier replies in days, not hours
What's included
Four things, every month
We don't sell hours by the bucket. The retainer covers the areas where inattention costs the most.
Updates and security
The platform, the extensions and the dependencies stay current. For Magento stores that also means Adobe's security patches, applied on time rather than when we happen to remember.
Continuous monitoring
Uptime, log errors, SSL certificate, cron jobs and Core Web Vitals on real data. You hear it from us when something breaks, not from your customers.
Backups with restore tests
An untested backup is an assumption. We verify periodically that it actually restores, because the day you need it isn't the day you want to find out.
Development hours included
Content changes, layout adjustments, small requests that otherwise pile up for months. Unused hours roll over.
Which platforms
Magento is the specialism, but not the only one
If you're on Magento, there's a dedicated page with more detail. For everything else, the principles are the same.
Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce
Our specialism. Security patches, version upgrades, performance.
The dedicated Magento maintenance pageWooCommerce and WordPress
Core and plugin updates, clearing out abandoned extensions, hardening.
Shopify
Themes, apps, integrations. Less infrastructure, but it still needs somebody.
Shopify developmentPrestaShop and OpenCart
Inherited stores, frequently several major versions behind.
How you know you need someone long-term
If two of the situations alongside sound familiar, a retainer is almost certainly cheaper than the emergency call-outs you'll end up paying for anyway.
Start with a free audit- You don't know who would fix your site if it went down right now
- The last update was more than six months ago
- You have a backup, but nobody has ever tested it
- Your current supplier replies in days, not hours
- The person who built the site no longer works with you
- You received a security notice and don't know what to do with it
End of support
Magento 2.4.6, 2.4.5 și 2.4.4 no longer receives security patches
The store keeps working exactly as before. What changed is that any newly discovered vulnerability no longer gets an official fix for your version. At the last critical vulnerability, mass exploitation reached half of all Magento stores within four days.
Frequently asked
What people ask when looking for a new supplier
If your question isn't here, call us. We answer the ones other agencies would rather avoid.
It depends on the platform, on how complex the site is, and on the response level you want. A brochure site and a store with 40,000 products don't have the same needs. After an initial check we give you a firm number, not a wide range.
Want a maintenance proposal?
Tell us your site's address and which platform it runs on. We'll send a proposal with a service level and hours included.
