Privacy policy

The data controller is NOVA MASTERCLASS MARKETING SRL (trading as VONTEQ), a company registered in Romania, VAT number RO40078645, trade register number J40/15666/2018, with its registered office at Șos. Virtuții 19D, București.

You can contact us about anything relating to your data at contact@vonteq.ro or by phone on +40 723 296 296.

We collect only the data you send us directly, through the contact form on this site: your name, phone number, email address and, optionally, the content of your message.

We do not collect special categories of data (health data, political or religious beliefs, biometric data) and we never ask for card details or passwords through this site.

We process the data in order to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible commercial relationship. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

To the extent that we retain correspondence for our own commercial records, the basis is our legitimate interest, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use data submitted through the form for marketing communications without your explicit, separate consent.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

To run the site and deliver messages we use suppliers acting as processors, under data processing agreements: our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider (Resend). They may process data outside Romania, including within the European Economic Area or in countries providing an adequate level of protection.

We may disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

We keep messages received through the form for the duration of our discussions and, afterwards, for a reasonable period needed for our commercial records. If a contract results from the discussion, the related data is kept in line with statutory accounting and tax retention periods.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, within the limits of our legal retention obligations.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

You can exercise any of these rights by writing to us at contact@vonteq.ro. We respond within one month of receiving the request at the latest.

If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), at B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, or to the courts. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including limiting internal access to the people who need the data in order to reply to you.

This English-language site (vonteq.com) does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not install marketing pixels.

Our Romanian-language site (vonteq.ro) does use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising there. If you visit that site, it places the `_fbp` cookie in your browser, and `_fbc` if you arrived from an advert.

You can block these cookies through your browser settings or with a tracking-blocker extension. Blocking them does not affect how the site works or your ability to contact us.

We may update this policy when the way we process data changes, or when new legal requirements appear. The applicable version is always the one published on this page.
